Visitor Options

The Visitor Options page allows the administrator to configure visitor badge options on a property-by-property basis. Visitor badges can be printed in conjunction with visits to identify the visitor.

To set visitor options:

1. Open the Administration Menu page.

2. Under the VISITOR ADMIN heading, click Visitor Options.

3. Click the Select Property button to select the property the visitor options will be defined for.

   Information about the property appears in the gray pane at the top of the page.

4. In the Print Bar Code field, select Yes to print a bar code value on visitor badges.

   By default, the visitor badge bar code contains the current date. However, this default value can be overridden by entering a value on the Visitor Barcode Settings page.

5. In the large Visitor Badge Format editing field, enter the information that should be printed on visitor badges.

   The content can include static text, print tokens, and images, and can be formatted using the formatting tools at the top of the field. The default format includes tokens for the visitor image as well as information about the visitor and the current date.

6. Click UPDATE.
